Flight Terms & Conditions
DX FLIGHT PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
​
• Reservation includes hotel and roundtrip airfare.
• Must be 21 years of age to participate.
• Passengers allowed one checked bag, additional baggage is $25 per bag.
• Each Passenger may bring 1 piece of checked baggage no larger than 62 inches in total or heavier than 44 pounds.
• Golf Clubs require special registration.
• Prices and schedule are subject to change without prior notice or posting on web site.
• Space is subject to availability.
• $25 cancellation fee per person applies up to 14 days prior to flight. Cancellations thereafter will not be refunded.
• The Resorts will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
• I hereby authorize my credit card to be charged for all incurred charges for goods, services or damages to my room subsequent to check out.
•Additional restrictions may apply. Management reserves all rights. Service provided by Swift Air.
• Clicking the accept button you agree to the terms & conditions and the Operator Participation Agreement.
• Must arrive on the flight that is associated with the package to check into the room.

Please review the following information regarding your reservation:
Please be at the ticket counter 90 minutes prior to departure to check your luggage and receive your boarding pass. Baggage is limited to one checked and one carry on bag per person. Gates close 30-45 minutes prior to departure.

All flights are ticketless travel. You will need to present a government issued picture ID or two other forms of ID at the designated ticket counter to receive your boarding pass.
If you did not receive your luggage tags, please use generic tags provided at the ticket counter. Make sure you put your first and last name on your luggage. Please do not lock your luggage as TSA may need to inspect the contents.

Upon arrival at the Destination, we will provide transportation to your hotel.
​
To ensure prompt access to your luggage, we will have your bags available at the hotel desk in approximately one hour after arrival. If you would like assistance with your bags, please see our bellman.

Departure instructions for the return trip will be enclosed in your hotel package. You will depart from the same area where you were dropped off. You will need to check your luggage and acquire your boarding pass at the designated time with an airline employee located near the hotel desk.
